The Agri-Mark YC Program is an organization that serves as an informational and educational branch of Agri-Mark. More specifically, it provides young members with the information and knowledge they need and want to understand milk marketing and the cooperative's operation and structure. The program is one of the keys to a successful cooperative in that it provides Agri-Mark with a supply of knowledgeable, well informed members to serve as future elected officials.

During their term in office, YC representatives have the opportunity to attend conferences and meetings designed specifically for them. The Agri-Mark's YC Leadership Conference, held in August, includes topics on Agri-Mark's structure and organization, leadership skills development and dairy farm management. Also included is a tour of one of the cooperative's manufacturing facilities.

The YC representatives are invited to attend Agri-Mark's annual meeting. During the meeting, the YC representatives meet and review the past year's YC Program's activities. YC representatives also attend all annual meeting functions to learn firsthand how Agri-Mark members formulate, discuss and approve the cooperative's operating policy.
